The Statue of Happiness is unlocked once you obtain 100 happiness (shown by a :D symbol in place of a number) Like The Beacon, it is free, but you can build only one of it. It can merge with Parks and Botanical Gardens to its left and right sides. Provides some Art entertainment happiness.
