At the beginning of the game, your citizens live an average of 76.5 years.
75 Years for the Males and 77 for the Females. (Note, observations and estimates of gender were made on the name, people with unisex names were not observed due to the fact that Jolead did not bother to add a unisex option)
After you research Medical Clinic, the average life increases to around 82 years of age. Housing quality as seen in the Cutting-Edge House upgrade of "Air-Cleaning Plant" boosts the age up to around 85-88. In your average game with Clinics and Housing quality which both improve life style and the longevity of your citizens, The Maximum age is around 87-95 years old. I [Camden-Armada AKA Jolead] conducted these observations for information.

Another way to make your citizens live longer is to make them Live/Work in the Secret Society of The Key building and unlock and create The Machine, this results in the Society members becoming immortal and never die of old age (although they can die of starvation). If a NPC is unassigned from living/working in the Society after they had been granted immortality, they will live around 2 days (1 min in 2x speed or 2 min in regular speed) due to the fact that the Eternal Lifeforce is no longer available to them due to not being in the Society.
Lets say your favorite NPC has expert healthcare but you don't have the Machine Unlocked. As said before, they can live up to around 95 (Works better in the second scenario in my observation). You can have them alive up to 47.5 minutes at 2x speed, or if you really enjoy their company and have a bond with them, 1 hour and 35 minutes of time. Time is very precious in this game, as the citizens graduate from being in school for 9 minutes (2x speed) from the moment they are born and have around only 80 odd years of in-game existence until you get the Death Message that your character has died.
